You are employed by the temping agency, with a contract for each assignment.
Belgium
You sign a temporary employment contract with the agency. Temporary jobs are also advertised by Le Forem, VDAB and Actiris.

France
Estimate From €14.90 gross per hour
Calculation: Smic of €12.31, plus a 10% end-of-assignment allowance, plus 10% paid holiday allowance.
Indicative example: about €520 gross for a 35 h week.

- Mayotte: From €11.57 gross per hour. In Mayotte, the Smic is €9.56 gross per hour, or about €11.57 with both allowances.
